| EXPERIENCE: Bahram Seyedin-Noor is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses primarily on complex civil litigation, SEC enforcement matters, corporate internal investigations, and private securities lawsuits. Bahram has successfully tried several cases through jury verdicts and is experienced in complex civil litigation. Bahram also has represented issuers and individuals in securities class action lawsuits, shareholder derivative actions, commercial disputes, and SEC investigations. In addition, Bahram has advised corporate board committees on internal investigations involving legal, accounting, and disclosure issues, as well as potential violations of federal and state laws. From 2001 to 2002, Bahram served as law clerk to Judge James Ware in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
