| EXPERIENCE: Kimberly McMorrow is Special Counsel in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Palo Alto office. She has represented a broad range of clients on domestic and international environmental matters involving mergers and acquisitions, private financings, property transactions, regulatory permitting issues, investigations and remediation of contaminated properties, and environmental due diligence. She has lectured and published articles on a wide variety of U.S. and international environmental laws, including the European Union environmental directives (WEEE and RoHS), the China RoHS, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, CERCLA, and water rights, and served as a full-time Visiting Professor at the University of California, Hastings College of Law teaching environmental courses.
