Phillip Hoare is vice president and chief information officer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. In this role, which he has held since 1997, Phillip oversees the firm's information technology and services, records, conflicts, eDiscovery, and library departments. He previously served as the firm's director of information services.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Phillip was a manager of corporate systems and information services for nearly 20 years at Occidental Petroleum Corporation. He was responsible for all corporate IS activities, as well as enterprise-wide finance, human resources, and payroll systems. Throughout his tenure, Phillip managed teams responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of a diverse range of leading-edge engineering, computer, and scientific systems.
