EXPERIENCE:
 
Douglas J. Clark is a litigation partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Since joining the firm in May 1993, Doug has focused primarily on the defense of securities class actions. He also has represented numerous companies in SEC investigations and exchange inquiries.

Prior to joining the firm, Doug was an associate at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue in New York City between 1989 and 1993, working primarily in the areas of white collar crime and securities litigation. In 1991 and 1992, Doug was Special Counsel to the court-appointed investigations officer in the United States v. International Brotherhood of Teamsters case.
