| EXPERIENCE: Michael Murphy is a partner in the intellectual property and technology transactions practices at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Mike's practice focuses on strategic counseling for technology companies regarding intellectual property, technology licensing and partnering arrangements, and patent prosecution and counseling. Representative clients include public and privately held companies in software applications and services, networking and telecommunications, storage systems, EDA software, and semiconductor design and manufacturing. Prior to law school, Mike was a research and development engineer in the Information Networks Division at Hewlett-Packard in Cupertino, California.
