| EXPERIENCE: Doug Collom has been a partner in the corporate and securities practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since 1986. Doug's practice includes advising private and public companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including seed and venture financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate governance responsibilities, equity incentive plans and arrangements, employment matters, intellectual property issues, and regulatory compliance. The companies that Doug counsels are involved in a wide range of businesses principally in the technology sector. Doug for several years taught an adjunct course on venture-backed technology companies at the Santa Clara University School of Law and the University of California's Hastings College of the Law. In addition, since 2002 he has co-taught an MBA graduate course in venture capital and entrepreneurial management at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania at its campuses in both Philadelphia and San Francisco.
