Paul Vercruyssen is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on renewable energy project development.
During law school, Paul worked as a legal intern for a large-scale solar energy developer helping to procure funding from government incentive programs. He was also a member of the University of Washington Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where he helped incorporate and provide critical early-stage advice to technology start-ups.
Earlier in his career, Paul worked as a renewable energy advocate before the California State Legislature and multiple state agencies, participating in the implementation of the state's renewable portfolio standard and climate programs.
