Jonathan Lutinski is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the antitrust practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan spent four years as an attorney in the Health Care Division of the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition. While at the FTC, Jonathan investigated antitrust matters in the healthcare industry and was part of the litigation teams in FTC v. Warner Chilcott Holdings Co. III, et al. (D.D.C.) and FTC v. Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc., et al. (N.D. Ga.).
