Emmeline Lee Graham is an associate in the technology transactions practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice focuses on representing clients in business and intellectual property transactions, primarily in the biotechnology and life sciences industries.
In addition, Emmeline has extensive experience advising clients with respect to a wide variety of corporate, commercial, and financing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Emmeline worked in the Menlo Park office of Davis Polk & Wardwell and the San Francisco office of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe.
Before attending law school, Emmeline was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she advised clients on strategy and operations.
