Matt Sieving is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm's energy project development practice. Matt counsels clients on a variety of project development matters, including power purchase agreements, asset acquisitions and sales, regulatory matters, and finance, primarily in the solar and wind industries.
Matt also has experience working with new and established venture-backed companies on matters related to corporate governance, venture financing, and securities laws.
