Aref Wardak is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he works with public and private companies in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and governance, and public company disclosure and reporting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Aref also devotes time to several pro bono legal opportunities.
